The other montior chart is more informitive, but what I would like to point out here is that when in standby mode, CRT montiors use more power. This is to keep the electron gun charged for when the monitor is used again later. Also, it appears to be that there is no usage when the monitors are off. Monitors still use power when off, but the draw is so low that I could not detect.
